Course Enrollment

Payment Terms

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may cancel enrollment according to the following schedule:

  • More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus £25 administrative fee
  • 7-14 days before course start: 75% refund
  • 3-6 days before course start: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before course start: No refund
  • After course begins: No refund for remaining sessions

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Course Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify course content to reflect current best practices and research
  • Substitute instructors when necessary
  • Change session times or locations with reasonable notice
  • Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, with full refund to enrolled students

Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students as soon as reasonably possible.

Intellectual Property

Course Materials

All course materials, including slides, handouts, recordings, and resources, are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property. Students may:

  • Use materials for personal educational purposes
  • Retain materials for future reference

Students may not:

  • Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
  • Distribute materials to non-enrolled individuals
  • Modify and redistribute materials under their own name
  • Upload materials to public websites or file-sharing platforms
